Transversal Problems

In the land of square shapes, a transversal is defined as an arrangement of objects within a square grid with the property that there is one object in every row and one in every column. Here is an example of a transversal of 4 objects positioned in a 4 by 4 grid.

The same type of arrangement can be made within a hexagon, although this time, each object will have to lie in each of three rows, as shown below.
