Registration Form

Teams can be registered for either:

	the Senior Challenge which is designed for Years 6 - 8 of a Primary School or the Middle Years of a College, or
	the Junior Challenge which is designed for Years 4 - 5 of a Primary School.

You can either:

	complete and submit this form electronically (use the Submit button below) or
	mail us a School Order to the address given below.

Either way, we will mail you an invoice for $44 (GST incl) per team which covers our costs of administration and feedback.
